You agree to use the website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

use the website or Services in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;

copy, reproduce, resell, distribute or commercially exploit our Digital Content except as expressly permitted by these Terms;

attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems, servers, databases or user accounts;

Some parts of the Services may require registration or account creation.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering or purchasing. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We may suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe that information provided by you is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent or used in breach of these Terms.

Prices, product descriptions and availability are displayed on the website. We may change prices and product details at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Digital Content and Consumer Rights

If you are a Consumer in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

Under applicable consumer law, Digital Content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If Digital Content supplied by us does not meet these requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or other remedy available under applicable law. The UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 specifically applies to contracts where a trader supplies digital content to a consumer for a price.

Further details are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Cancellation Rights for Digital Content

Where you purchase Digital Content as a Consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel certain distance contracts within 14 days.

However, where Digital Content is supplied immediately after purchase, you may lose the right to cancel once delivery or download has started, provided that you gave express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you would lose your cancellation right.

By purchasing Digital Content that is made available immediately, you agree that the Digital Content may be supplied before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that, once supply begins, your right to cancel may be lost to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the Digital Content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law.

All such materials are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use purchased Digital Content for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You must not, without our prior written consent:

copy, reproduce, publish, sell, rent, license, share or distribute our Digital Content;

make our Digital Content available to third parties;

upload our Digital Content to file-sharing platforms, public databases or third-party marketplaces;

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit and distribute such content for the purpose of operating, improving and promoting our Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
