This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Digital Content

For the purposes of this Policy, “Digital Content” means any e-book, guide, digital course, downloadable file, template, document, video, software, online material or other content supplied in digital form.

Digital Content may be delivered by email, download link, online account, digital portal or another electronic delivery method.

Consumer Rights

If you are a Consumer in the United Kingdom, your statutory rights are not affected by this Refund Policy.

Digital Content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If Digital Content does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 includes specific rules for digital content supplied by a trader to a consumer.

Where Digital Content does not conform to the contract, statutory remedies may include repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is impossible, unavailable, not provided within a reasonable time or would cause significant inconvenience, a price reduction may be available. UK explanatory materials on the Consumer Rights Act describe repair, replacement and price reduction as remedies for non-conforming digital content.

No Refunds for Change of Mind After Immediate Digital Delivery

Because our Digital Content is usually supplied electronically and may be made available immediately after payment, refunds are not normally available simply because you change your mind after access, download or delivery has begun.

Where you are asked at checkout to confirm that you want immediate access to Digital Content, you agree that supply may begin before the end of any 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once supply begins.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the Digital Content is faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law.

When You May Be Eligible for a Refund or Remedy

You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, repair, price reduction or other appropriate remedy if:

the Digital Content is faulty;

the Digital Content is not as described;

the Digital Content does not do what it is supposed to do;

the Digital Content is not fit for a particular purpose that you made known to us before purchase and that we accepted;

you paid for Digital Content but did not receive access due to an issue within our control;

we are otherwise required to provide a remedy under applicable law.

GOV.UK guidance states that a full refund must be offered where an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it is supposed to do, although digital content remedies can depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

When Refunds Are Usually Not Available

Refunds are usually not available where:

you changed your mind after Digital Content was delivered or access began;

you no longer want the Digital Content;

you purchased the wrong product by mistake, unless we decide otherwise at our discretion;

you failed to read the product description before purchase;

you expected a different outcome or result not expressly promised by us;

you cannot use the Digital Content because of issues with your own device, software, email account, internet connection or third-party systems outside our control;

you have already downloaded, accessed or used the Digital Content and there is no legal basis for a refund;

you breached our Terms of Service.

Each request will be reviewed based on the facts of the case and applicable law.

Access or Delivery Problems

If you have paid for Digital Content but have not received access, please contact us at mail@aieasybooks.com.

Before requesting a refund, please check:

your spam or junk email folder;

whether the email address entered at checkout was correct;

whether your payment was successfully completed;

whether your device, browser or internet connection is blocking access.

If the issue is caused by our systems and we cannot provide access within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund or another appropriate remedy.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or other remedy, contact us at:

mail@aieasybooks.com

Please include:

your full name;

the email address used for purchase;

the order number or payment reference, if available;

the name of the Digital Content purchased;

the date of purchase;

a clear explanation of the issue;

screenshots or supporting evidence, where relevant.

We may ask for additional information to assess your request.

Refund Review Process

After receiving your request, we will review the information provided and determine whether a refund, replacement, repair, price reduction or other remedy is appropriate.

We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

If your request is approved, refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.

Processing times may depend on your bank, card provider, payment processor or other third-party payment systems.

Replacements and Corrections

Where appropriate, we may offer a corrected file, replacement download, alternative access method, updated version or other reasonable solution instead of a refund.

If a replacement or correction resolves the issue within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, a refund may not be required.

Business Purchases

If you purchase Digital Content as a Business User, consumer cancellation rights may not apply.

Refunds for Business Users are only available where expressly stated, agreed in writing, required by law, or approved by us at our discretion.

Abuse of Refund Policy

We may refuse refund requests where we reasonably believe that the Refund Policy is being abused, including where a user repeatedly purchases, downloads and requests refunds without a valid legal basis.

This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a Consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts where applicable.

If you are a Business User, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Refund Policy.
